The hotel had clean rooms that were just what I needed for my short stay, but they were a little smaller than expected. The service was attentive and apologetic for any mix-ups, offering a lower rate for the inconvenience. The location was great for an out-of-towner with nearby dining options, though it might be a bit further from some attractions. The dining experience was of good standard but a bit expensive for the morning buffet.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room I booked was supposed to have a Sofa Sleeper, but it only had a Chair & Desk, and there was no microwave. However, the lower rate with 2 double beds helped keep us warm. The carpet needed cleaning, and the room had a musty smell. The staff quickly took care of any issues we had, and they were very friendly and personal. The location was convenient, with Caribou, McDonald's, and a gas station nearby, perfect for a visitor like me. However, finding the room from the entrances required long walks down confusing halls. The dining experience was good, but it would have been even better with more choices. Overall, the hotel offered decent value for the money, despite some shortcomings.
